Travel Guidelines

  Follow the instructions of event staff at all times, and be prepared for exhibition staff to approach you for necessary assistance outside, at the entry, or inside the event.

  Do not leave any items unattended. Report to members of staff, or security anything that may look unusual, or suspicious.

  Surveillance cameras will be actively monitoring and recording activities during their operational hours. External personnel are on-site to enhance security, and law enforcement officers are present in both visible uniforms and discreet clothing

  Company representatives (models, booth personnel, etc.) must be appropriately clothed and dressed in good taste at all times

  All attendees must carry some form of photo ID, or identification that can be acceptable to the Organisers who may ask to see.

  EXPO attendees are required to avoid any disruptive or offensive behavior, including canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, and wearing offensive apparel

 Everyone attending to IMCEE EXPO is required to comply with the Event Safety and Security Requirements.

  Pre-registered visitors and visitors who register onsite with their badge, ticket, and exhibitor badge holders only will be allowed to attend. Visitors without a badge will not be allowed to enter.

  Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else.

  Except for guide dogs, no pets or animals of any description will be allowed to enter the convention, or exhibition hall.

  By attending IMCEE EXPO, both in-person and virtually, you consent to official photographers capturing photos and filming videos. This includes images of attendees, and you agree that the Organizers can use these materials for future marketing of IMCEE EXPO across various media without any compensation or liability.

  Promotional activities, including the distribution of giveaways and handouts, should be confined to the exhibitor's booth area

  The building's floors, walls, and columns, as well as any harm done to rental or standard booth equipment and other exhibitors' property, are all subject to exhibitor accountability

 The organizers of the EXPO reserve the right to prohibit or evacuate from the exhibition anyone who violates the terms and conditions of the exhibition, the event policy, or who they reasonably believe could break these rules. They may also do so at their discretion if someone is prohibited from attending by any applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or other reasons.

 The Exhibitor or Sponsor needs to request the required passes from the Organizer to allow their employees, servants, agents, and Contractors access to the Premises. Visitors can enter during the Open Period by submitting a completed registration card

 Adhere to and follow all instructions provided by the Organizer or the Owner regarding maintaining proper order throughout the Exhibition

 Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their property and equipment at all times. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any property left on the event venue at any time.

 The corporate audio-video presentation must strictly adhere to the rules and schedules established by the organizer. Failure to comply may result in the organizer exercising the right to abruptly halt the AV presentation and make schedule changes based on the predetermined slots.
