About our Association

The Stone Quarry, Crushers & Lorry Owners Association of Tamil Nadu has demonstrated unwavering commitment and operational excellence over two decades.

Throughout this extensive period, the association has consistently and effectively provided a range of services to its members, establishing a reliable and enduring presence in the industry.

The organization boasts a membership exceeding 5,000 individuals spanning across the entirety of Tamil Nadu.

For the past few years, the association has been holding an Expo, where several owners from Quarry, crushers, and lorry associations get together to showcase their merchandise and assistance which can directly attract potential buyers and people who require those services.

By participating in this Expo, attendees have the opportunity to expand their professional network, exhibit their products and services, and enhance their understanding of emerging market trends. The Expo also exemplifies a comprehensive grasp of the requisite safety protocols within companies.

With allegiance to staff safety, the association has implemented extensive awareness campaigns at various events. These efforts include organized sessions designed to educate owners and officials.

Through these initiatives, the association seeks to improve an increased awareness of safety protocols and responsibility among stakeholders.

Recognizing that the quarry workers are directly involved in the operational processes, the association has initiated focused sessions to impart and reinforce knowledge regarding workplace protocols, encompassing both essential practices and precautions.

This proactive approach aims to ensure the safety of workers by equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of the do's and don'ts within the work environment.

Throughout this duration, the association has served as a valuable resource and provided substantial support to members across all district associations in various capacities.

The association heads have been competent ones raising their voice against all the devaluing and disregarding done towards the owner and workers of the Stone Quarry, Crushers & Lorry Association.

In June 2023, 2000 Quarry owners went on a strike in protest against the undermining of works implemented on them due to the rules established in 2016 which led to loss and impudence from the government officials and phantom social workers. Consequently, a dedicated team, led by the association leader, was established to systematically assess and address the challenges encountered by quarry owners.
